HOW TO SET UP A NEW PARTNER

Go to www.nukta.me

Click on the Join/Sign In button

STEP 1:

Skip this if you already got login credentials.

Enter the credentials given to you and click on Login.

STEP 2:

Click on the Partners Portal button to proceed to the Manager's dashboard.

STEP 3:

Customer or partner?

Employees need to

be on board:

Click on the Partner ID given in the upper right corner.

STEP 4:

Set up in brief:

Click on Setup Account from the pop down menu, to start setting up your partner account.

STEP 5:

Fill in the details like the industry of your business, phone and full address, name of your manager, and unit of currency.

The email address and name of organisation cannot be changed.

STEP 6:

All Nukta package features are activated in the trials.

STEP 7:

Issuance rate is one of the most important part of your point-reward system. Click on the link provided to understand it better. And choose it according to your business margins.

STEP 8:

Also decide on the factors like number of times card can be used per week and maximum points that can be received per week, to determine detection of probable fraud.

STEP 9:

Click on the Save button to save your settings and let the Nukta admin approve your package within 24 hours.

STEP 10:

You can also change the logo of your business by clicking on the Profile button.

STEP 11:

You can then choose the image that you want to make your logo and then Upload it.

STEP 12:

You can also change the PIN of your account very easily. Just click on the Change Pin button.

STEP 13:

You can select the security question you had given while signing up, give your answer, your current PIN and then enter your new PIN and confirm it. This will change your PIN.

STEP 14:

To create the Login Credentials for your employees, you can click on the Employee Master from the Employee Tab.

STEP 15:

Enter the User name and PIN for your employee and Save it. These are the credentials that you can give your employees to be able to login to the Partner App.

STEP 16:

To Create A Reward, Click on the Instant Redemption Button in the Utility Tab.

STEP 17:

Enter all the Details of the Reward that you are willing to give your customers, and then Save the Reward for it to be redeemed by your customers.

STEP 18:

If you have pre-existing customers, you will be able to import their information into the system through the Import Customer Button.

STEP 19:

Download the Sample File. Make sure to import this file into any software you use, instead of copy-paste. And then enter all the fields in the file with your customer data.

STEP 20:

After saving the information in the Sample File. Open the file into the system and click Upload.

STEP 21:

Click on the POST button after uploading it. Welcome emails will be sent to your existing customers, welcoming them to your Loyalty Program and giving the. login Ids and PINs which they can then change.

STEP 22:

We have introduced tool tips to help users not fluent in English to better understand the menu and tools. As a manager you can set up the language in which the tool tips will be displayed. Currently limited to just four languages, you can write to us to get your language considered for addition..
