SET UP - STEP by STEP

GREEAAT! You've decided to have your own loyalty program. You may have your login and password already. If you don't, please sign up by clicking on the LOGIN button above and click on PARTNER sign up. Once you get credentials, come back to this page to SET UP your account step by step.

HOW TO SET UP YOUR PARTNER ACCOUNT

Click on PARTNER signup button

STEP 1:

Skip this if you already got login credentials.

Enter the partner credentials as soon as you register and click on Login.

You would have also received a welcome email. Keep it private.

STEP 2:

Skip signup if you already got login credentials.

In our system, a PARTNER is someone who uses our software to set up and market their store. You are the manager.


A customer or MEMBER is YOUR customer.

Using our platform, you will be able to set the points for each purchase, decide what rewards you want to give and allow your customers to sign up for YOUR custom loyalty program.

Click on the Partners Portal button to proceed to your Manager's dashboard.

STEP 3:

The overview of the dashboard:

Click on the Partner ID given in the upper right corner.

STEP 4:

Set up in brief. We have updated the system to instantly update any changes you make.

Click on Setup Account from the pop down menu, to start setting up your partner account.

STEP 5:

Fill in the details like the industry of your business, phone and full address, name of your manager, and unit of currency.

The email address and name of organisation cannot be changed.

STEP 6:

All Nukta package features are activated in the trials.

STEP 7:

Issuance rate is one of the most important parts of your point-reward system. Click on the link provided inside to understand it better. And choose according to your business margins. Make it too low and your customers won't be motivated.

STEP 8:

Also decide on the factors like number of times card can be used per week and maximum points that can be received per week, to determine detection of probable fraud.

STEP 9:

Click on the Save button to save your settings and your package will get immediate approval. Check before saving.

STEP 10:

You should add the logo of your business by clicking on the Profile button.

STEP 11:

You can then choose the image that you want and click Upload.

STEP 12:

You can also change the PIN of your account very easily. Just click on the Change Pin button.

STEP 13:

You can select the security question you had given while signing up, give your answer, your current PIN and then enter your new PIN and confirm it. This will change your PIN.

STEP 14:

To create the Login Credentials for your employees, you can click on the Employee Master from the Employee Tab of your dashboard.

Employees have limited access and cannot see what you see in your dashboard.

STEP 15:

Enter the User name and PIN for your employee and Save it. These are the credentials that you can give your employees to be able to login to the Partner App. They can also login through www.nukta.me/login

STEP 16:

Using employee credentials allows them to do 2 main functions:

1. Credit points based on transaction value.


2. Process an instant redemption.

Only managers can Add or Create a Reward. Click on the Instant Redemption menu in the Utility Tab.

STEP 17:

Enter all the Details of the Reward and then Save the Reward for it to be seen as an option to be redeemed by your customers through their dashboard.

STEP 18:

If you have pre-existing customers, you will be able to import their information into the system through the Import Customer menu option. Skip this and steps 20/21/22 if you have no lists.

STEP 19:

Download the Sample File. Make sure to import this file into any software you use, instead of copy-paste. And then enter all the fields in the file with your customer data.

STEP 20:

After saving the information in the Sample File. Open the file into the system and click Upload.

STEP 21:

Click on the POST button after uploading it. The system will generate Welcome emails and send to your existing customers, welcoming them to your Loyalty Program and giving them login Ids and PINs which they can then change.

STEP 22:

We have introduced tool tips to help users not fluent in English to better understand the menu and tools. As a manager you can set up the language in which the tool tips will be displayed. Currently limited to just four languages, you can write to us to get your language considered for addition..

STEP 23:

Now it's time for you create a MEMBER account so that you can test the loyalty program you created. Takes less than a minute.

1. Go to www.nukta.me/login in a new tab

2. Click on MEMBER sign up.

3. Use a NEW email to signup as a MEMBER.

4. You will get your member number and welcome email.


Now login as a partner employee and credit some points!
