What is the Nukta Revenue Sharing Associate (RSA) Program?

The Nukta RSA Program is aimed at allowing individuals who can work from home and refer customers to try and buy the www.nuktaloyalty.com platform subscription.

How can I become a Nukta RSA?

Simply complete the online application below and we will be in touch. Once you are approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tools to help you sell.

How does it work? How do I sell the Nukta solution?

You will be sent basic how it works literature and videos. Once you apply to become an RSA you have to wait for approval. We will review your application and ask for further information if required. We normally do not accept more than one RSA in the same city. However if the city you live in has a large population you can expect other RSA's to exist.

As an approved RSA, we give you some free and discounted licenses. You sell by prospecting and approaching small retailers in your country. Prospecting can be done online searches,networking locally and following up. You can do all this on the phone.

What if a customer asks for a refund?

Customer refunds are only given within 30 days of payment. Once 30 days pass no customer is entitled to refunds. Your commission is paid after the 30 days have passed. But you may collect the money directly from the customer if you wish and send us the balance after deducting your commission.

How much commission can I earn?

This depends on your efforts and the individual arrangement we agree on. YES, everything will be in writing. You’ll earn at least 40% of the price paid by the customer.

Is there a limit to how many sales I can earn commission for? No. The more sales you refer, the more you get paid. However you cannot get commission for the same customer for more than one calendar year.

How much you earn is agreed on a case by case basis and will be confirmed in writing after the first interview.

Is there a monthly sales target?

Not really but you must acquire a minimum of 1(one) customer per 3 months to remain in the program.

Which businesses are eligible to become Nukta partners?

Any small retail businesses can use our software. However, we reserve the right to refuse any business engaged in illegal or objectionable activity.

How do I get my training and creative materials?

These will be sent to you once you are approved as a RSA.

Can I refer anyone from anywhere?

Once your referral application has been approved, the email we send you will define your geographical territory. However if you get customers from territories where no other referral partner exists, then you may email us and if you can prove that the customer signed due to your efforts, we will give your commission.

What do I say when I meet or call a prospect?

You can use our script but we prefer you understand the basics of our product and use your own language to open the door with the prospect. Here's our script: "Hi Jack. I would like to talk to you about an interesting web based software that you might find very useful for your business. It's software that helps you market yourself better and doesn't cost a lot. It helps you create your own points based loyalty program and run other marketing campaigns. It's about 700 US Dollars per year. They do a free 30 day trial. Would you like to know more? I can ask their sales team to get in touch with you and do an online demo. Just give me your best email and phone number."

What will I have to do to earn with Nuktaloyalty.com?

Once approved, you will promote the special subscription prices in one of two ways:

1. Call up small local retailers and introduce the product (see script above). If they say they are interested, pass on the prospects name, phone and email to us. Our team will follow up and if the prospect turns into a paying customer, you can expect up to 50% of the paid fee.

2. You can promote your personal page on social media and when any prospect contacts you, you can forward it to us for further action. The first way is active and will get you more results. Terms and Conditions

When you refer someone to Nukta and they purchase a paid subscription, you’ll receive a commission.You will receive a percentage of the subscription price as on the date of subscription, depending on the type of plan your customer buys—and you’re eligible to receive commission as agreed after acceptance of your application.

The referral program terms and conditions.

The following terms and conditions govern your participation in the Nukta Revenue Sharing Associate Program, which we’ll call Program here for short. The Program is run by us; Nukta Loyalty Solutions Limited or Nukta.

The Participants referred to below are you (a Seller or User), and the person you’ve referred (a Referred User). To be eligible for a reward, you, as participants must agree to be bound by the rules described below.

1.Definitions

1.Referred User: someone who’s been referred to Nukta by a Seller. You become a Referred User by purchasing and creating a new account on Nukta’s software (Referred Account). Only the person who creates the Referred Account is considered the Referred User, and there can only be one Referred User for each Referred Account created.

2.Referred Account: a new Nukta account created by a Referred User through a Seller’s unique referral link.

3. Seller: someone who meets all of the following conditions:

1. An approved member of the Nukta Revenue Sharing Associate program

2. Not classified as an external recruiter using Nukta. External recruiters are a special class of Nukta users who are sent an invitation to join Nukta by an existing user.

4. Eligible Referral: A Referred Account qualifies as an Eligible Referral if all of the following conditions are met:

1. The Referred Account is created on Nukta by the Referred User through the Seller.

2. The Referred User is not a member of any other Nukta account (whether they’re active, expired or cancelled or a paid, free or trial account)

3. The Referred User was not referred to Nukta at an earlier date by someone else

4. The first payment (whether monthly or annual) submitted by the Referred Account to Nukta was successfully processed

5. The Referred Account created by the Referred User must not be for a company associated with any other Nukta accounts (whether they’re active, expired or cancelled or a paid, free or trial account)

6. The Seller and the Referred User cannot be employed by the same company

9. The Referred Account must convert to a paid Nukta subscription within 30 days of the date the Referred User first creating the account.

10. No more than 50 percent of the users who are members of the Referred Account can be active members of any other Nukta account (whether it’s active, expired or cancelled or a paid, free or trial account)

11. The Referred User can’t have the same IP address as the Seller

12. The Seller must not have posted their Advertisement on a “coupon website” or similar website

13. The Referred User can’t have the same IP address as any other user of Nukta (whether the user is a current or former user) at the time the Referred User signs up.

14. All charges related to sending and receiving funds charged by money transfer providers will be borne by you.

Overview of Program

To be an eligible participant in the Referral Program, you must meet either of the following conditions:

1. You’re a Seller and the referral you made is deemed an Eligible Referral by Nukta

2. You’re a Referred User and your Referred Account is deemed an Eligible Referral by Nukta

If you meet either of the conditions above, you’ll receive either an Amazon Gift Card or commission credit to your paypal account. Obviously no Reward will be given in relation to any referrals that aren’t Eligible Referrals.

3. The commission will be given within 3 months of the time at which the referral is deemed an Eligible Referral by Nukta.

4. You, the Participant, must claim the Reward within 3 months of the time at which the Eligible Referral first converted to a paid Nukta account; if you do not claim the Reward within this 3-month period, you will not receive a Reward for the Eligible Referral.

5. The value of the Reward will depend on the type of plan that the Referred User purchases when they buy their first subscription to Nukta (whether it’s a monthly or annual subscription).

6. If you participate in the program as a Seller, then a Reward will be given for each Eligible Referral you make. The reward does not increase for each member who joins the Referred Account created; the value of the Reward is based solely on the type of plan purchased by the Referred User.

7. If you, the Participant, file taxes in the US, you must notify Nukta if you have received $600 or more in Rewards from Nukta during a single calendar year.

8. If you receive a reward, you (as a Participant) are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees resulting from it. By participating in the Program, you release Nukta and their agents from all liability, including, without limitation, with respect to the Reward. Nukta reserves that right to suspend you as Participant from the Program at any time and reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Program at any time.

9. Please note that if you are a Seller, the name you used to create your Nukta profile may be appended.

10. By taking part you agree:

To comply with all applicable commercial and public anti-bribery laws.

To send referral emails only to people that you know.

Not to engage in any activity that may be considered fraudulent or invasive or that may be considered spamming.
